For more than 20 years, Mitchel has been teaching yoga, meditation, myth, philosophy, and lifestyle ideas to the world. He has had the rare privilege of learning first hand from many of the world's great Masters, including Western and Indian yogis and academics from a wide range of disciplines.
Mitchel teaches with passion, joy, and knowledge. His greatest desire is to simply listen as a teacher. He creates an environment for students to explore safely how to breathe, move, and trust their instincts and body.
