Intro to Yoga - Four Week Series


Start your yoga practice in a safe and informed way with this in-depth four week breakdown. Each week will tackle a different set of postures to help you slowly build your confidence and understanding of yoga. This workshop iis open to all ages and skill levels. If you have been wanting to try yoga but are intimidated, or you are new to yoga and looking to learn some fundamentals, this workshop is for you. 

Week 1 (Jan.9) - Breathing and Sun Salutations

Week 2 (Jan.16) - Standing Poses and Forward Folds

Week 3 (Jan.23) - Twists and Arm Balances

Week 4 (Jan.30) - Inversions and Backbends

Attend all four weeks for an immersive full body experience for $80 or sign up for an individual class for $25.
