Each week will tackle a different set of postures to help you slowly build your confidence and understanding of yoga. This workshop is open to all ages and skill levels. Week 1 (Oct 2) - Breathing and Sun Salutations
Week 2 (Oct 9) - Standing Poses and Forward Folds
Week 3 (Oct 16) - Twists and Arm Balances
Week 4 (Oct 23) - Inversions and Backbends
Attend all four weeks for an immersive full body experience for $80 or sign up for an individual class for $25.
