Vin and Yin Yoga with Live Music and Rachel Matrejek

Join Rachel for a special evening of yoga, music, and connection. This 2 hour class will start with a dynamic vinyasa yoga sequence to warm up the body, increase energy flow, and focus the mind. After flowing through sun salutations and standing postures the practice will close with long holds of seated and reclining postures to calm the nervous system and prepare the body and mind for deep relaxation. The practice will be accompanied by the gentle sounds of live guitar.
