Fully unwind, and simply be with this workshop that will take you on a deeply restorative journey through the 5 layers of Self, creating an opportunity for the consciousness to expand and allowing you to connect to your true intuitions and wisdom.
We'll begin with a few restorative yoga poses to promote relaxation, then we'll dive into a peaceful yoga nidra experience. While comfortably lying, you'll be guided through breathing techniques and easy visualizations to find body-stillness and complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
This workshop is accessible to anyone - mama-to-be are welcome :-)
Yoga Nidra has been found to reduce body and mental tensions, anxiety, enhance memory, improve sleep and is used to help people with PTSD.
Stéphanie is a native of France now based in Chicago. She loves to share the gifts of yoga with everyone. Yoga found her 10 years ago when she was working in Paris doing corporate marketing.
The practice of Vinyasa and Integral Yoga in the lineage of Satyananda Saraswati helped her to offset stress, find balance in her daily life, and connect to her intuition. Deeply moved by the practice, she decided to share the incredible benefits she received. She truly believes that yoga and meditation can be powerful tools for healing transformation and sparking the creativity we all have within us.
Stéphanie strives to establish a safe space and nurturing yoga experience. She aims to support her students on their own journey to self-awareness by empowering them to feel good in their body and mind and to find their own inspiration to grow.
She received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification from Moksha Yoga Center. After becoming a mother herself, she came to specialize in prenatal and postnatal yoga by training extensively with the Amala School of Prenatal Yoga.
Stéphanie has additional training in Yoga Nidra, a powerful ancient Tantric technique of guided, progressive relaxation, about which she is particularly passionate, especially for its therapeutic applications.
