Yoga: “Yoke” or “Unity”, the coming together of conscious breath and movement. Partners yoga is the conscious union of two individuals working together to find strength and flexibility.
In this workshop, partners will find synchronous movement and breath; assisting each other in individual poses and working together in partner poses.
After 60 minutes of playful touch and movement, partners will be joined in a restorative posture while Bridget and Daniel provide a healing sound immersion. Partners will leave feeling more intimately connected physically and emotionally!
